Sakela Park in Dharan 17

The Sakela Samskriti Park (sakela cultural park) is a sakela offering place in Dharan 17 that lies under the co-ordination of the Kirat Rai Yayokkha on district level. In the park itself only a small puja (offering) was given during the research, while the actual offering place (than) is somewhat left of it. The park is fully privately funded and consists of 3 hectare of land (provided a hectare equals 13 Nepalese ropai).
